1.\tCan I buy cups printed with my name and or logo?
Yes, a minimum volume will be required. Most sizes of our cups and containers can be custom printed in up to 6 colors.
2.\tCan I freeze food in your containers?
Our products are suitable for many applications; the compatibility varies depending on the type of food being frozen. We would be happy to provide you with the products interested for a try to see if they meet your specific requirement.
3.\tDo you provide free samples?
Yes, we provide free samples for the existing products only.
4.\tWhat is the Minimum Order Quantity?
The Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) is 50,000 pieces.
5.\tDo you accept any orders less than the MOQ?
It depends on the situation. Normally we will check our inventory to confirm the availability. If it's available in our stock, we will accept such orders or otherwise the customer shall be required to pay extra charges for producing the sample orders. 
6.\tCan you customize the color of plastics?
Yes, we can tailor-made the color of plastic cup with the Color Master Batch that is applicable in the plastic industry, and there is common code that can help us confirm the color with customers.
7.\tWhen can I receive the sample?
The sample is usually delivered within 3 business days if the stock is available. Normally, the air shipping time is 1 week approximately.
8.\tWhat is the delivery time?
For the standard bulk orders, it normally takes 2 – 3 weeks for production; for special bulk orders, it may takes 3 – 4 weeks; for standard sample orders, it normally could be shipped within 3 business days if stock is available.
