                        Electric Trolley Lifting Machine Gantry Crane With Double Girder

OVERVIEW

Double girder gantry crane is suitable for loading, unloading and handling of mines, port terminals, railway freight stations, open storage warehouses, etc., and can be equipped with a variety of spreaders (grabs, electromagnets, C-hooks, etc.) for operation. The rails of double girder gantry cranes are installed on the ground, and the main beam is supported by the legs. The rails of the bridge crane are installed on the column without the legs. It is the biggest difference between the double girder bridge cranes and double girder gantry cranes.

APPLICATION

1.Rail gantry crane
Rail gantry crane can handle all kinds of articles and bulk materials with a weight of less than 600 tons. Usually, this kind of double girder gantry crane with grab has higher working duty requirement than odinary gantry crane.

2.Hydropower station gantry crane
Mainly used for lifting, installing, opening and closing gates. Lifting capacity 80-600 tons, span 8-16m, lifting speed 1~5m/min.

3.Shipbuilding gantry crane
Usually it has two hoisting trolley for assembly of ship hull. Lifting weight 100-1500 t, span 185m, lifting speed 2-15 m/min, micro speed is 0.1-0.5 m/min.

4.Container gantry crane
In container terminals, trailer will take containers unloaded from ship to yard. Then container gantry crane can pile up containers or load them on truck.
