Application
This machine is suitable for drying operation in pharmaceutical, chemical and food industries.
Working Principle
Under the suction of induced draught fan, the heated and purified air will form into high-speed hot air flow to turn the materials in material chamber into fluid state under the function of stirring and negative pressure. The water will be evaporated quickly and discharged to dry the material.
Characteristics
1.Round structure inner fluid bed to avoid dead angle 2.The hopper can be set with stirring function to avoid wet material caking, especially for powder material, which is easy to clump together because of electrostatic adsorption. 3.It adopts manual rotation to discharge the finished products, convenient, fast and complete; it also can be designed with automatic inlet and outlet system as required. 4.This machine can be connected with high-efficiency wet mixing granulator and swing straightening granulator to suck the wet materials (powder and granules) into chamber for drying under the function of negative pressure, avoiding multiply transfers of materials.
