ACME Thread Gages
ACME screw threads were intended to replace square threads and a variety of threads of other forms used chiefly for the purpose of traversing motion on machines, tools, etc. Acme screw threads are now extensively used for a variety of purposes
The ACME thread forms are with 29° thread angle, their thread height is half of the pitch, the peak and crest are flat
Supply Specification :
General-purpose ACME , Centralizing ACME, Stub-ACME thread plug gage & ring gages are all available
Material :
Made of high performance tool steel GCR15 , high hardenability, high hardness and fatigue strength, good dimensional stability
Tolerance :
- ·General-purpose ACME ：Classes of fit: 2G, 3G, 4G , 2G is the perfect choice
- ·Centralizing ACME：Classes of fit: 2C, 3C, 4C, 2C is the perfect choice
- ·Stub-ACME： Classes of fit: 2G

4.For thread insert hole check , ST thread plug gauge and TS ZS thread ring gauge
5.For threaded hole positioning and measuring thread hole center distance Thread positioning gauge (thread vertical gauge, thread gauge)
