working principle of ferro iron briquette machine:
Raw materials are quantitatively and evenly fed though the middle material silos to the prepressing feeding device. Raw materials in the prepressing feeding device are forced to pressure in the middle of the two rollers of mineral powder briquette machine by pre compression spiral. After prepressing and excluding gas, raw materials are sent to arc slot mouth of the two rollers. There are ball sockets uniformly distributed on the surfaces of the two rollers. The two rollers move together through the meshing transmission of the gear deceleration device. Then materials between the two rollers are pressed into certain shapes. After that, the two rollers separate slowly, and the shaped materials fall down from the ball sockets because of their own gravities, so as to complete the balling process.

A: No, before briquetting, the raw materials should be in 0-5mm, the water content of raw materials should be 8-15%, aslo some raw materials maybe need binder in process,so in general the complete briquettes production line include Drying --- Hopper --- Crusher--- Mixer--- briquette machine--- Briquette Dryers, but if you had those auxiliary equipment,you can only order briquetting machine.
· Q: What is the binder in process?
A: It is depend on the properties of your raw materials, and also usage of briquettes. We have some formula of binders for some of raw materials, we would like to share them to our customers.
· Q: How about the hardness of briquettes?
A: Our ferro iron briquette machine adpot 9Cr2 forging steel to make rollers, with a hydraulic station, the whole pressure is very high, the briquettes will not broken when it drop up from 5meters high.
