1.What is your MOQ ?
Usually our MOQ is 1,000pcs. But we accept lower quantity for your trial order. Please feel free to tell us how many pieces you need, we will calculate the cost correspondingly. Hope you can place large orders after checking the quality of our products and know our service.
2.Can I get samples?
Sure. We usually provide existing sample for free, but there is a little bit sample charge for custom designs. Sample charge is refundable when order is up to certain quantity. We usually send samples by FEDEX,UPS,TNT or DHL. If you have carrier account, it will be fine to ship with your account.If not, you can pay the freight charge to us by Alibaba Trade Assurance. We will ship with our account. It takes about 2-4 days to reach at your hand.
3.How long is the sample lead time?
For existing samples, it takes 2-3 days. They are free. If you want your own designs, it takes 5-7 days, subject to your designs whether they need new printing screen or not, etc. Anyway, we will response fast to your request.
4.How long is the production lead time?
It takes 30 days for MOQ. We have large production capacity, which can ensure fast delivery time even for large quantity.
5.What format of the file do you need if I want my own design?
We have our own designer in house . So you can provide JPG, AI, CAD or PDF format. We will make a drawing for your final confirmation.
6.How many colors are available?
We match colors with Pantone Matching System. So you can just tell us the pantone color code you need. We will match the colors. Or we will recommend some popular colors to you.
7.Which kinds of certificate would you have?
SGS, BSCI
8.What is your payment term?
Our normal payment term is TT 30% deposit after order signed and 70% against the copy of B/L.We also accept LC at sight.
