Principle of work
The drive plate of this machine drive the vegetables to rotate in high speed, vegetables are cut into slices making use of centrifugal force with upright cutter and then cut into strips through disk diffusion knife. Next, the vegetables are transported to the cross cutter and cut into cube or cuboid as required
