In case of over-heating, we adapted two temperature sensors to monitor the whole battery system in real time, if the battery temperature excessed the setting value, the BMS will send message to cut down the main relay or decrease the output power to protect the battery.

A3-Yes, our battery includes BMS, and consider the different customers, we have two version bms for one battery, all of the BMS can monitor the temoerature and voltage protection functions. The Bluetooth and gprs etc. We can design the BMS functions according your requirements.

A4-Our standard warranty is 1 years. Our battery lifespan more than 5000 cycles under standard operation. and we will packing the vulnerable connectors with the battery to the cunstomer. We have a complete warranty policy documents, please feel free to contact us to get it.
