Q:  When can I get the quotation?

A:  We usually quote within 12 hours after we get your inquiry. If you are very urgent to get the price, please call us or tell us in your e-mail so that we will regard your inquiry priority.

Q:  How can I get a sample to check your quality?

A:  After price confirmation, you can require for samples to check our quality counter display. If you need the samples, We will charge the sample fee. 

Q:  How long can I expect to get the samples?

A:  The samples will be ready for delivery in 2-4 days. The samples will be sent to you via express and arrive in 2-4 days. You can use your own express account or prepay us if you do not have an account.

Q:  What about the lead time for mass production?

A:  Honestly, it depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. The lead time of MOQ is about 2 to 7days. Generally speaking,we suggest that you start inquiry two months before the date you would like to get the products at your country.

Q:  If the product I buy from you have some problem, what should I do?

A:  The goods before we ship out will be checked whether it is good or not, if is damaged, we won’t ship to our customer .And if you really found the problem,Please take a photo and send back to us ,then we can check that . And if it is our duty, we will compensate you. Please note, if you could not contact me over a month, I am so sorry maybe I could not help you, because we will update our information in a month.If you insist to return goods to us, it also is OK, but you should bear the shipping fee, and when we received the good, will refund you the money.
