This full-automatic bottle unscrambler is the support equipment for the chemical, medicine, oral liquid filling equipment, applicable for the orderly arrangement of messy plastic (PET, PPE, LDPE, HDPE) bottles and then deliver to filling packing production line.
1. This machine is a mechatronics equipment, easy operation, simple maintenance.
2. The machine is equipped with quantitative control detection and overload protection device for bottle discharge.

5. Using the mechanical anti-bottle correcting mechanism, the bottle mouth is unified.
6. It is equipped with bottle feeding device, which greatly improves the production efficiency.
7. This machine is equipped with three stepless speed regulating motors. One of them is only used to adjust the speed of the bottle turntable. The faster the speed of the bottle turntable, the faster the speed of the bottle coming out.
8. The outlet of the machine is equipped with a photoelectric switch to check whether there is bottle blockage on the conveyor belt. If bottle blockage occurs, the motor of the bottle handling turntable stops automatically. If bottle shortage is detected, the machine will start automatically again.
