 6. Can I request samples?  

      A: We provide existing samples for free, but freight will be on your side.For customized sample, we will charge sample fee,after place order,  We will refund the sample fee. We usually send samples by FEDEX, UPS, TNT or DHL. If you have carrier account, it will be fine to ship with your account, if not, you can pay the freight charge to our paypal, we will ship with our account. It takes about 5-10 days to reach.

We match colors with Pantone Matching System. So you can just tell us the Pantone color code you need . We will match the colors. Or we will recommend some popular colors to you.or we can send our factory the color chart to your best choose.

9:What is your payment item ?

Our normal payment term is TT 30% deposite after order signed and 70% against copy of B/L. We also accept LC at sight, Western union and money gram
