ZH-580PC is a multi function model,suitable for card board,E flute corrugated board,can do two fold ,four fold and bottom lock . This model has correction device and bottom lock device. Can make electrical adjusting . Has UV destroying device and Dust removing device for better gluing effect.

Main technical parameter:

                 Equiopped with vibating motor. With independent transmission,low         

                 noise,with front adjustable wheels, max working capacity can be achieved.   

                 Feeding knives and left and right registers fixing bar are contrliied up and     

                 down by pneumatic system easily. Feeding knifes are equipped with

                 pneumatic mechanism for smoother feeding.

                 Automatic alignment system to correct the paperfeeding,

                 avoiding the paper going to sides.

                The prefolding section has the advantage tomake the box more plain and

                easy to open,evenin some case the scoring is not very well.

                Equipped with speed variator for belts,ensure the folded boxes parallel and in

                good order Fast,convenient adjustment and operation module can fold boxes

                synchronously or alternately.

                Pressure can be adjusted according to paper thickness. For ovenlapping and

                jogger devices are equipped to ensure box gluing well. After kicker is set up,  

                whatever speen the machine runs,the kicker can automatically follow,

                no need to reset it.
