l  Performance of the main mechanisms

l  Designed according to the high request and reliable function. The operation of the machine is humanization, can accomplish the setting, revision, implement, replacing and memories function in a short time, and display with an exact data.

l  All the drive rollers adopted high quality steel materials, hared chromium plating and the surface is treated by lapping finish.

l  The drive gears adopted high quality alloy steel 40Cr, after heat treatment and lapping finish.

l  The main drive roller adopts keyless connect, decrease the connection gap, guarantee the printing precision.

l  Lubricate oil automatic balance device, keep the equal oil level equal in each unit.

l  The machine adopt PLC control, with “automatic zero return system” and “memories” function. (can choose PLC with touch screen control system)

l  Mechanical edge-leading feed type (can choose servo edge leader feed type)

l  Feeding part can adjust wind to suit different size paper by frequency converter.

l  Customer can choose use steel anilox roller or ceramic roller, the lines of the anilox roller also can be chosen according to the customer’s requirement.
