♣ Basic processing steps for poultry feed production line machine for sale
| 1. Weigh a batch of the grain materials (500-1000 kg per batch) for preparation |
2. Put the materials which need to be crushed into the feed grinding machine by screw elevator conveying. Then the hammer mill can work to crush them into particles. |

Feed mixing machine: 2.1 The bearings need to be change lubricating grease-sodium base grease Zn-3 2.2 Reducer lubricating oil can be 40-50 # machine oil for recommendation 2.3 Pls change the new machine oil after 500 hours for the reducer to work for the first time. then keep changing oil per half a year (for 8 hours working time). If working time is more than 8 hours , you can shorten changing time. |

Feed pellet production machine: 3.1 In the production process, pour into 2 # calcium complex grease to the roller through the manual oil pump every two hours from the main shaft tail. 3.2 Add 2# calcium grease to the feeder and mixing bearing before working parts should be cleaned, there shall be no residual feed. Machine appearance should be cleaned, and stamped with the plastic cover. |
4. Feed pellet cooler: 4.1 Airlock bearing changes the lubricating grease every month, 4.2 Reducer changes the lubricating grease every year. 4.3 The bearing in the cooler change the machine oil at regular intervals. 4.4 There is no remnant feed in the cooler after it is stopped to work. |
