Main Features:
a.It adopts centralized computer control and servo independent drive; it can connect to the whole plant ERP management system.
b.A safety emergency protection switch is set between the operation surface and the unit, and the moving button is prohibited for each unit.
c.The PLC program controls the servo drive to ensure the stability and reliability of the operating data.
d.The whole machine has multiple touch screen controls, which can store common orders, and it is more convenient and quick to change orders.

Feeding Unit
1.Equipped with advanced feed system
2.Draught fan can regulate wind power. It suits all kinds of paperboards.
3.Left and right baffles can adjust.
4.Dust pelletizing system can clean dust quickly.
5.Rubber roller use quick release so as to change quickly.
6.Machine with locks move and install overload protection.
Printing Unit
1.Printing wheel (printing plate form wheel) phase position adjust by planetwheel, twirl 360°adjust electrically, itcan stop at operation or stop. PLC control system, setups are return to zero,scrape form memory, automatic reset and phase position adjust after enteringvalues.
2.Printing roller can move from left to right, by ±5MM. printing surface with scale mark make hang form and distancemeasurement easily.
3.Install foot pedal control roller rorate. It is easy to change form,scrape form and pull switch so as to ensure staff safety.
4.Anilox roller use “ Haili” to ensure ink distribution effect and printingquality.
Rubber shaft use Dongjun, waist drum type, good ink distribution effectand good printing quality.
5.Optional: high reticle ceramic anilox roller with doctor blades, single scrapetype, closed scraper cavity. They can save more ink and ensure printing effect.
Slotting Unit
1.With single shaft type slotting, the height ofbox and phase position will be adjusted electrically. PLC system have automaticknife slotting, restore orders and so on functions, it makes slotting moreconvenience and high efficiency.
2.Synchronous tool apron is made ofhigh-precision screw with a linear slide rail, which can move left and rightstably and precisely so that the slotting cutter can be adjusted smoothly.
3.The copper folk of cutter is designed forautomatically compensating gap device, which prolongs the service life ofcopper fork.
4.Multiple-spacing device is installed in case ofknife collision.
5.Automatic inflatable paper-carving knife.
Die-Cutting Unit
1.Using servo speed to make rubber mat speed and knife tool speed same, toensure paperboards die-cutter size exactly, to increase die-cutting quality andlengthen rubber mat lifetime.
2.Rubber mat moves from left to right. It can adjust main machine operationspeed.
3.Lengthen rubber mat lifetime.
4.Die-cutting roller surface have stainless steel dental crown to fix knifetool.
