Introduction of Organic Fertilizer Production Line Plant

It is mainly used for the production of organic fertilizers, bio-organic fertilizers, organic-inorganic compound fertilizers, and other organic wastes from livestock and poultry excrement, sludge waste, bad residue, straw sawdust and other organic wastes.

Organic fertilizer production line is mainly divided into two parts: a powdery production line and a pellet production line.

The powdery production lines mainly include fermentation hydraulic turning machines, forklift loading silos, semi-wet material pulverizers, powdery drum rotary sieving machines, mixers and powder packaging machine.

Pellet production line mainly include Fully automatic batching machine, blender, organic fertilizer granulator, organic fertilizer dryer, organic fertilizer cooler, particle drum sieving machine, coating machine and granule packing machine. They are the ideal machines for organic fertilizer production and processing.

Raw Materials:
1. Agricultural waste: straw, dregs of beans, cotton dregs, rice bran, etc.
2. Animal manure: mixture of poultry litter and animal waste, such as the wastes of slaughterhouse, fish market, urine and dung of cattle, pigs, sheep, chicken, ducks, geese, goat, etc.
3. Industrial waste: wine lees, vinegar residue, manioc waste, sugar scum, furfural residue, etc.
4. Home scrap: food waste, the roots and leaves of vegetables, etc.
