 A: Yes, we can accept it and hope to establish a long-term relationship with you from small orders.

 Q2. Can we get samples for reference?

 A:  Yes, free samples are provided if you have a freight collected number such as DHL, UPS, TNT. For OEM products, sample fee will be refunded in your order.

 Q3. What format of the file do I need if I want my own design?

A: You can provide PDF, AI and JPG. Our own designer will make 3D drawing for confirmation.

 Q4. What's your lead time?     

A: For samples, it takes 5-7 days. For production, 25-35 days based on your quantity.

 Q5. What is your payment term? 

A: T/T, Western Union, L/C or others according to your requirements.
