2. As with most new purchases, any “new product smell” that you may experience is harmless and will dissipate within 3~5 days. Please use the pillow without worry!

3. The memory foam might generate a small amount of air bubbles during foaming. It is a normal phenomenon.

4. Please keep the pillow far away from fire and do not wash the memory foam core. The Pillowcase is hand and machine washable. (Max. water temperature 104°F/ 40°C)

5. Our pillow can not cure cervical spondylosis, if you have serious cervical pain, our pillows are not suitable for you, please choose softer pillow.

6. For side sleepers, if you feel the pillow is not high enough (the heights of the both sides are 10cm/ 12cm), you could put a thin pillow under it.
