Question2: Do you accept small quantity orders?

Yes, we accept small quantity sample orders for your testing, but not for free, therefore customers need to pay for samples and freight. However we can return back the amounts once large quantity orders are made.  

Question3: Do you accept ODM & OEM?

OEM and ODM are highly welcomed. We can customize the products and packages according to customers’ detailed requirements. 

Question4: How about the quality of your products?

Quality is our core culture. All our products have OVP, OCP, OLP, OTP,SCP and all have passed CE FCC ROHS certificates.

Question5: How about the shipment and payment?

Shipments:DHL, UPS, Fedex, TNT, EMS or air transportation for small quantity; large quantity by sea.

Payments:T/T (30% deposit in advance), L/C, Western Union, Money Gram and Paypal are all accepted. 

Question6: How about the after-sales services?

The nominal failure rate is under 3%. We accept replacement or refund within 30 days after you received the products for the original quality matters or other problems caused by us according to the sales contract.
