Safety and Reliable Frame and Case
Adapted aluminous case and cooling fin to transit the heat effectively, which can protect the cell and prolong the cell life as well as enhance the safety of the battery system.
Module
Collected the single cell voltage and evaluated the state of the battery system to protect it from over-charge and over-discharge.
In case of over-heating, we adapted two temperature sensors to monitor the whole battery system in real time, if the battery temperature excessed the setting value, the BMS will send message to cut down the main relay or decrease the output power to protect the battery.

the above BMS can moitor the temperature and charging and discharging voltage, BMS will cut off the relay when the battery acheived the setting value.the first is protection board, the second one is the standard borad with SOC light indicater, and the last one is the profession BMS which is used for vechile or other special applications. we can choose the BMS according your requirements.

A3-Yes, our battery includes BMS, and consider the different customers, we have two version bms for one battery, all of the BMS can monitor the temoerature and voltage protection functions. The Bluetooth and gprs etc. We can design the BMS functions according your requirements.
