Box Structure and Material

The middle insulated panel is made by PU foam.The complete panel is called FRP sandwich panel.

Assembly Method of Box Panels
Plate bond structure with the cam lock/snap fastener on the edge of the panel.
And using the big board glue to splice together what makes the high leakproofness and high strength.
There is no possible for the heat conduction by either metal or air.
All of these guaranteed the heat insulation greatly.
The Box Strength
