Characteristics of membrane structure building
1.Changeable Architectural Form
The various structure and flexible membrane make the building more diverse and beautiful, and can adapt to complex site conditions
2. Light Weight
The weight of membrane structure is only 1/10 of that traditional steel roofing (the membrane structure is under 5KG per square meter). It Can be built under relatively poor geological conditions, such as: filling area, permafrost, soft soil, and wet hidden loess.
3.Short Construction Period
All procedures except the base construction are completed in the factory, and only the installation work is carried out on site, regardless of seasonal restrictions, and it can be constructed in winter. From design, equipment procurement to processing, it can be completed within two months. After being transported to the site, the main building can be installed in just 15 days (inflating time is less than one day).
4.Large Span
Due to its light weight, the membrane structure coal storage warehouse can eliminate the need for internal support and cover a large span space, which allows people to deploy equipment and use building space more flexibly. Steel wheels are not required for spans within 120m.
5.Insulation
The artificial indoor environment of the membrane structure coal storage warehouse can ensure that the indoor temperature is within a reasonable range. In the cold external environment of winter, there is no need to do special warm treatment for mechanical equipment, which is very beneficial to the normal operation of machinery and vehicles.

Membran Properties
1. Mechanical property
The membrane is made of a medium-strength PVC film with a thickness of only 1.5 mm, but its tensile strength is equivalent to 70% of the steel. The modulus of elasticity of the film is low, so this is the advantage to form complex curved surface shape, and make it resist earth quake and wind.
2. Optical Performance
Its transmission of natural light is up to 10%, and transmitted light produces uniform diffused light inside the structure.
3. Fireproof Performance
Membrane material meets the demand for fire protection, further more, it meets the national standards of the United States, Japan, France, and Germany. The building membrane material meets the requirements of GB 8624 B1 of China's "Combustion Performance Classification Method for Building Materials" and belongs to flame retardant materials. That is, if it does not encounter an open flame, it will not burn. If it is moved away from fire source, it will be extinguished immediately. Even if it encounters an open flame, the fire will spread slowly, and there will be no harmful dripping.
4. Self-cleaning Performance
The specially treated PVC membrane material has good self-cleaning properties. Various oil stains, stains or other substance on the surface will be wahsed down by the rain, and this makes the surface of the film to be naturally cleaned.
5. Perfermance of Weather resistance and corrosion resistance
Working temperature -40 ~ 260 °C, resistant to a variety of strong acid and alkali corrosion, no burning, anti-aging. The membrane has a service life of 10-20 years and even more.
