1.HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER

A: (1)Choose the product then contact us online or send inquiry via Alibaba system or send email to us directly

(2)Let us know quantity and order detail requirements of the product you chose.

(3)Email us your artwork, we can prepare a mockup with your logo for approval

(4)Confirm order and arrange payment.

2.ARTWORK & LOGO FORMAT

A: We prefer LOGO file in format .EPS, .AI, .CDR (in vector format with fonts converted to outlines or curves), we can also accept .PDF, .JPG file.

3.WAHT ARE SETUP CHARGES ?

A: Some of the items we offer have “setup” charges (screen charges, die charges, etc.). It is important to note these are NOT art charges. These are  charges to create the screen, die or other necessary items to imprint your specific logo.

4. PAYMENT

A: We accept a variety of payment options, including PayPal, Western Union, Bank Transfer, L/C

5.SAMPLE POLICY

A: We have free samples available for several products, we would be happy to send you a product sample, but you need to pay for shipping cost, if you need sample with your logo, fee range is $50-$100
