        The CNC Rebar Cage Welding Machine is mainly used in highway, high-speed railway, steel plants in the field of building construction, the construction site and the prefabricated factory. Our machine is controlled by PLC and we have imported the latest technology from European. The diameter error can be controlled within 1 cm; and the interval error of the steel cage bar of 1 meter can be controlled within 5mm. The productivity is three to four times than manual operation. It only needs 3 to 5 workers to operate the machine. The finished cage can be exempted from inspection with uniform plate spacing and full-solid solder joint.   

Features:

1. It adopts ABB converter, Panasonic PLC and touchable screen to ensure the stable operation of the equipment.

2. With the high precision of diameter control system, the longitudinal bar space error can be controlled within 1 cm, and 1 M spiral wire pitch error within 5mm.

3. It can produce double longitudinal bar with double spiral wire cages.

4. The self-weight of the machine is 10% heavier than those in the same industry, which can make machine more stable.

5. With the large load capacity, it can even produce 5 to 6 tons cages perfectly.

6. Power source:It adopts three domestic top brand main geared motors with large torque and low failure rate.

7. The support capability is 20% higher with the diameter 100mm hydraulic cylinder than those with diameter 80mm in the same industry.

8. Optional automatic welding robot.
