This procedure is tempered glass screen protectors production line.
1. Firstly glass cutting machine will cut raw glass panel to small size.
2. CNC engraving and milling machine make the machining profile and drilling hole.
3. Polishing Grinding Machine polish the glass surface after engraving and milling.
4. Ultrasonic Cleaning Machine clean the glass after polish.
5. Tempering furance increase the strength of the glass
6. Ultrasonic Cleaning Machine clean the glass again and getting ready for laminating.
7. Anti fingerprint oil spraying machine spraying the oil on the glass.
8. Laminating machine make up glass and AB film, let the glass have stickiness.
