Working principle

Raw material ore is dropped from the feeding hopper onto the distributor tray which is in the upper crusher cavity, by the centrifugal force of the distributor tray throwing the material evenly around the cylinder, colliding violently with the counterplate installed which is on the inner wall, and the material collide with each other, causing them to crush or produce a large number of hairline cracks. After the material enters the conical rotor cavity, it spirals down in the conical space, and the cracked ore is further crushed by collision and extrusion.The material is struck by the hammer in the conical rotor cavity. Then high-speed running block material collides with the counterattack plate again. The material flow collides with each other to make the material crushed by impact, collision, shearing, and squeezing, thereby increasing the efficiency of the crusher.
Finally, the material come into the cylindrical rotary cavity to grind, rub, shape the edges of crushed stone, to make the material be crushed further fine until achieving the size of the demanded.
