Stainless steel mini round vibrating screen is a high precision fine powder sieving machine. The fundamental principle of Stainless steel mini round vibrating screen is that the eccentric hammers installed on the top and bottom ends of motor changes the rotation motion of motor to horizontal, vertical and inclined three-dimensional motions, and then passes this motion to screen surface, achieving the purpose of classification, filtering and removal of impurities.

1, Working principle of vibrating screen:

The vibrating screen is excited by the vertical motor as the source of vibration.  The motor's lower and upper ends of the installation of eccentric heavy hammer make the motor rotation into a horizontal, vertical, oblique motion of the three dimensional motion and transfer the motion to the screen surface.

2, Structure chart of vibrating screen:

It's composed by the inlet, outlet, dust cover, clamp ring, spring, machine base, sieve mesh, sieve grid, counterweight, upper hammer, sieve tray, vibration motor and bottom hammer.
