Machine Application:

 PE single screw granulator line equips with high quality screw extruder. 

The whole line is mainly used to pellet from pp,pe etc.

This machine is suitable for PE,PP,ABS,PA and some thermoplastics granulation.

Its granulation way includes pull strap pelletizing, water-ring rub surface granulation, wind-cooling rubs surface granulation and underwater pelletizing.

 

Machine Process flow:

Film+conveying feeding→force feeding → degassing single screw extruder → hydraulic screen exchanger → granulating mould → dewatering machine → vibrating screener → blowing system → storage hopper → finished product packing
