A: Yes,sample order is available for quality check and market test. For the sample cost,we will refund you some of them after the bulk order.
2. Q: What's the delivery time?
A:There are some ordinary folding e-bikes in stock, it can be shipped out within 3-5 days. For bulk order by container, it usually takes about 20-30 days for production.
3. Q: What's your payment terms?
A: We usually accept T/T, Cash, Paypal, West Union, Amazon on line payment (for USA, Mexico and Canada Japan only) or alibaba on line payment as the main payment terms, and other payment can also be negotiated.
4. Q: How does your factory do regarding the quality control?
A: Quality is priority.ISO9001 and TS16949 quality control system setted up and Battery ,motor test device equipped for the best electric bicycles.Besides, every e bikes and the components will be fully assembled and carefully tested before packing and shipping.
5. Q: Can I have my own Logo?
A: Yes, OEM and ODM order is acceptable.the extra charge need about USD 50 to customize your logo,the charges can be negotiated if you will make a big quantity.
