Gold/silver decal is mainly used for glass & ceramics, after firing in oven,
(low temperature under 200 celcius degree), it has very good adhesion on glass &ceramics. Now our company newly developed UV ink for primer & covercoat, make the printing job more efficiently.
Tips for Plate Making and Printing:
1, Coating emulsion on screen plate for 4 times.
2, Printing squeegee by 70 or 75 degress.
3, If clients do embossing decal sticker, the embossing powder and gold stamping undercoat should be mixed and grinded subject to right proportion.
