Product Advantages:

Pulp moulding products can be divided into dry pressing process (hereinafter called 
DPP) and wet pressing process (hereinafter called WPP).

The biggest difference between the two is that wet semi-finished products are dried
by natural air or hot air for DPP while they are directly dried under high temperatureand pressure for WPP.

Appearance requirement for DDP products , such as fruit tray, egg tray, buffer lining
for industrial product, agricultural nutrition bowl, etc., is not very high with simple 
production process, low products’ price and extensive use. Texture of DPP products is loose but with high elasticity, cushioning, air permeability and moisture absorption, 
which is good for trays used for storing and transporting fruits. The reason for this is that it can dissipate the heat of breathing generated during storage, absorb the 
evaporated water, inhibit the "ethylene content", and achieve the purpose of preventing fresh fruit from decay and deterioration. It is very difficult for other packaging 
materials to achieve this effect.

WPP products, such as the inner packaging of some advanced industrial products, 
precision instruments, disposable tableware, food and packaging, etc., are requiring 
compact structure, beautiful appearance and smoothness. They need to be trimmed, 
and the precision of their shapes can sometimes even affect market demand.
