Rotary electrode induction melting vacuum gas atomizer EIGA process

 Description & Principle:

The vacuum gas atomization equipment is used for  lab research and mass production for producing spherical metal powders.

The principle is as following: the prefabricated metal rod is melted under proper vacuum and protective gas condition in the melting furnace. Then the molten metal flows down through the bottom induction smelting furnace. Under protective gas, the liquid flows through the nozzle and is atomized into droplet via high pressure airflow generated by the tight coupling nozzle. The droplets solidify into fine particles during falling down. The powder and air mixture are blowed into the cyclone separator.  Thus the coarse, fine particles and atomization gas are separated. The metal powders are collected in sealed container.

The big machines and big amount: 50% deposit and 50% before shipment.
