PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
1.With glue as the bonding agent, the vertical net belt laminating machine uses high temperature-resistant net belt as pressing material to ensure the laminating material completely contacts with the cylinder dryer, which improves drying effect, and ensures that the laminated material feels soft and has excellent fastness and superb resistance to water washing.
2. The net belt is equipped with an automatic infrared deviation-adjusting device to effectively prevent the running deviation of net belt and prolong the service life of the net belt.
3. The heating system consists of two groups of heaters, so users can select heating mode (one group or two groups of heaters) according to their requirements to effectively save energy and reduce production cost.
4. Users can select DC motor or variable frequency drive with linkage control system according to their requirements to provide more excellent operability.
