A: The cathode of charger and load is different for different port wiring , the cathode of charger and load is same for same port wiring and the charging current is equal to the discharge current. 

 

Q:  What is the distinction between balance and unbalance function?

A: Equilibrium function is that high voltage cells will be discharged with resistor, waiting for the low voltage cells , to achieve the each cell voltage is consistent , to improve the battery performance for the whole group.
