• Mining powder movable conveyer belt is widely used in the conveyance of bulk materials or piece articles and the production line in mine, metallurgy, chemistry, casting and building material industry and the production departments such as hydropower station construction site and port.
• According to the conveying requirement, one belt conveyor can convey materials independently or several belt conveyors form or with other conveying machines form a horizontal or tilted conveying system.
• This series of conveying equipment can be used in the temperature ranges of -20°C~+40°C and the temperature of the materials to be conveyed should be below 50°C.

3.Working principle of Mining powder movable conveyer belt
♥ Mining powder movable conveyer belt is mainly composed of rack, conveying belt, belt roller, tension device and driving device.
♥ The rack is connected with excellent steel plate, and there are belt roller and carrier roller for driving and supporting the conveying belt, and there are two driving methods: reduction motor drive and motorized pulley drive.

1. The conveying quantity is worked out by the following conditions: material density is between 1. 0t/m3-1.6t/m3; conveyor obliquity is less than 18o and the material stockpile angle is 30o.
2. Density of material is less than 2.5t/m3.
3. The conveying length is not restricted to the form; different length can be manufactured according to customers demands.
