Q: What's your MOQ? Can I do some changes on the original design or make my own design?
--A: We do not have MOQ limited for wedding dresses. We are factory and accept OEM order. Please contact us before order. And
Please noted that will take about 30~45 days to finish it.
Q: Why your price is higher than other suppliers?
--A: Different products has different price, the same product use different fabric and workmanship has different price, we promise
to provide the best product with best quality and after-sales service for customer.
Q:Does the price include the shipping cost?And How many days does it take?
--A: The price is the unit price for the wedding dress,customer need to pay for the shipping cost by their own. The shipping time depends on what kind of method you want. Eg:About 3 - 7 days by DHL, Fedex or UPS from China to your country.
Q:What's your deliverytime and payment?
--A: It will take about 30-35 days for few samples; about 45-60 days for over 30 pieces regular orders. We will do our best to help you if you need the dresses urgently. 50% deposit before prodcution; 50% rest before shipment by Bank Transfer or Western Union.
Q: What if the quality problems occur? And what if the dresses you made do not satisfy me and I don't want the dresses?
--A: Contact our sales and send the wedding dress in its original condition and packaging with all componentsand accessories included back to us with 7 days.
