Q1. Do you provide samples ? Is it free or extra ?

A: Yes, we are happy to provide existing sample with low sample cost which can be refundable upon confirming the order.

Q2. What is your MOQ for mass production?

Generally speaking, our MOQ is 1000 pcs but smaller quantity of some particular items will be acceptable for trial order.

Q3. What is your terms of payment?

A: Paypal, T/T (wire transfer), Alibaba Trade Assurance and Western Union ect.

Q4. What about the lead time?

A: It will take 3-7 days for samples and 25-40 days for bulk production.

Q5. What kind of file do you need if I want my own design?

A: We need the source file such as AI, PDF which is with very high pixel. 

Q6. How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?

A: We usually ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT. It usually takes 5 days for samples.

As for bulk products, we provide DDP shipments to your front door. It needs about 15 days for air shipment and 30 days for sea shipment normally.

Q7. Can I customize my package?

A: Yes, custom box is welcome! We provide you with box template for your design.
