Q1: Sample Rule
A: We prepare quality samples free of charge. For the first-time cooperation, the postage would be at customer's cost. In the next cooperations, it's all on us.
Q2: Lab Dips and Strike Offs
A: 1. For plain dyed fabric, customer provides with color swatches or Pantone number, we finish in 1-3 business days. It's free of charge
2. For printed fabric, customer confirms the design, we make computer artworks for approval and then send strike offs in 5-7 business days. It's at customer's cost before order confirmation.
Q3: Minimum Order Quantity(MOQ)
A:1. For plain dyed fabric, 300 kilograms per color for Polyester fabric and 500 kilograms per color for Cotton fabric
2. For printed fabric, 500 kilograms per design per color. Any smaller quantity is also welcomed!
Q4: Payment and Packing
A:1. We accept T/T and L/C at sight, other payment terms can be negotiated.
2. Usually rolled with paper tube inside, transparent plastic bag and weaving bag outside or as customer's request
