Aero Technology (Guangdong) Co., Ltd. is affiliated to Stermay brand. Aero is located in Dongguan City known as the "world factory", one hour from Shenzhen airport, two hours from Hong Kong or Guangzhou airport, with convenient transportation.

Q4. What's the lead time?

A4: 3-5 days for samples; 20-25 days for bulk order.

Q5. How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?
A5: We usually ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT for samples. It usually takes 3-5 days to arrive. Airline and sea shipping         for mass orders.It usually takes 15-40days.

Q6. How to proceed an order?

      Secondly We quote according to your requirements or our suggestions.
      Thirdly customer confirms the samples and places deposit for formal order.

Fourthly We arrange the production.

Q7: Do you offer guarantee for the products?
A7: Yes, we offer 1-2 years warranty to our products.

Q8: How to deal with the faulty?
A8: Firstly, Our products are produced in strict quality control system and the defective rate will be less than 0.2%.

      Secondly, during the guarantee period, we will send new parts with new order for small quantity. For  defective batch            products, we will repair them and resend them to you or we can discuss the solution including  re-call according to real        situation.
