Q: Are you a manufacturer or a trade company? A: We are a manufacturer of heating element since 2008.
Q: What's your MOQ? A: Normally we accept order with 100 pcs each model.
Q: What's your delivery time?
A: Below 3000 pcs, about 15-20 days after deposit.
Q:Where is your factory located? How can I visit there?
A: Our factory is located in Cixi city,Zhejiang Province,China,about 2-3 hours from Shanghai and about 1 hour from Ningbo .All our clients,from home or abroad, are warmly welcome to visit us!
Q: How long will it take to arrive?
A: 20-25 days by sea,about 5-7 days by air,3-5 days by express after deposit paid.
Q: Can I get sample before order? A: Yes. The sample fee and freight should be paid at your side. We will return the sample fee if order.
Q: Is it possible to print my logo on the product?
A: Yes. We offer OEM&ODM services. We can print your own logo on product.
Q: How do you guarantee quality?
