There is a ladder liner or a wavy liner in the bin, and different specifications of steel balls are inside. The rotation of the cylinder produces centrifugal force to bring the steel ball to a certain height and falls down, which has a heavy impact and grinding effect on the material. After the material reaches rough grinding in the first warehouse, it enters the second warehouse through a single-layer partition board, which is inlaid with a flat liner and a steel ball inside, and the material is further ground. The powder is discharged through the discharge grate plate to complete the grinding operation.

1.Our workshop

The ball mill is a homitted by the outer gear. The materials are transferred to the grinding chamber through the quill shaft uniformly. There are ladder liner and ripple liner and different specifications of steel balls in the chamber. The centrifugal force caused by rotation of barrel brings the steel balls to a certain height and impact and grind the materials. The ground materials are discharged through the discharging board thus the grinding process is finished.
