PVDF(Polyvinylidene fluoride) is a crystalline polymer,the low melting point,approximately in the -40---150℃;high mechanical strength,with wear-resistant,cut resistant,high temperature resistance,corrosion resistance,good electrical properties(characterized byhigh dielectric constant). Also has excellent weather resistance,UV resistance,anti-radiation properties and process ability;the same time,low processing temperature,the melt flow can be made into pipe,plate,rod,film and fiber.Soluble in some organic solvents.
Density 1.75~1.78g/cm3 (Mpa)＞40，the glass transition temperature of -39℃，the brittle temperature of -62℃,170℃ melting point,thermal decomposition temperature of about 350℃,the long-term use temperature of -40~150℃. Molding available thermoplastic processing methods.
