Q1: How can I get an APEXEL SAMPLE?
Sample of our existing products are available if you pay for it. (Time: 1-2 days)
Sample of your own design need to pay mould setup charge.It can be returned when you confirmed it for mass production. (Time:7-10 days,It depends on your requests.)
Q2:What is your LENS material?
All APEXEL brand lenses are made of glass optics with aluminum alloy housing.
NOT PMMA/Acrylic material.We manufacture PMMA/Acrylic lenses only when buyers
have special requests.
Q3:How to pay for the order?
There are 3 ways: Bank Transfer;Western Union; Creadit Cards via Alibaba Trade Assurance;
Kindly choose the most suitable way for you to arrange it.
Q4:What is the shipping method?
Most of goods were sent by international airway express company like DHL,UPS,FedEx,TNT. Usually takes around 3-4 working days. Able to arrange shipment via sea shipment also.
