Product performance:

Nano silicon nitride and ultra-fine silicon nitride powder are prepared by variable current laser ion beam vapor phase method. They have high purity, small particle size, uniform distribution, large specific surface area, high surface activity, low bulk density, high ultraviolet reflectance over 95% and absorption over 97% in infrared band. The device has low ceramic-forming temperature and stable size. It has good mechanical strength, good chemical corrosion resistance, especially high temperature strength and self-lubricating effect. It forms fine dispersed phase in the composite material, which greatly improves the comprehensive properties of the composite material.
