Q: Can I get a sample before placing an order?

A: We can provide free similar products we produced for quality check, whereas you just pay the shipping cost. If you want to custom a physical sample as your requirements there will be charges involve. However, this could be refund upon mass production.

Q: What kind of file do you need to make the mass production?

A: AI, CDR, PDF, and high resolution JPG and PNG. AI is the best file to ensure the printing quality. If you have no design file,do no worry, we can provide design services for you.

Q: What if the goods have issue, What can I do?
