Adjustable Single Bar Clamps Used in Shuttering Column Forms

Application
It's used in fixing column formwork in construction site.

Installation
First step, join the 4 piece of panel by slots at edge of panel, fix the corner of column formwork by adjustable corner clamp and keep the clamp the same height.
Second step, put the column clamp on the corner clamp, the head of column clamp is fixed into the bent end of column clamp, make sure the column clamp is faced with beam tightly.
Finally, put the wedge pin into column clamp, fix it by hammer, measure the distance between column clamp and keep the clamp the same height, install the resting panel and column clamp by the installation steps.

Dismantling
Hit the end of wedge pin by hammer, remove the steel plate by hands.

Storage
away from direct sunlight and water.

Normally, it's packed by pallet and we also can pack it according to your requirements.

The delivery time is within 15 days after we receive your deposit.
