Application
Mainly used for testing product flow. The machine adopts the imported touch human-machine interface and programmable controller (PLC) to form the control core of the system, which is perfectly combined with the mechanical execution components to ensure the long-term stable operation of the system.
The frame is assembled with an aluminum frame and has a generous appearance.Conversational quick setting and real-time reading of various test parameters and test data can be conveniently performed during the test.In the design structure, the national standard and the European and American standards in the sanitary industry are implemented, and the redundancy capability of the equipment is improved as much as possible, and various types of sanitary products are tested in various functions.
The system running process is:The hot and cold water source is given by the water tank,working with a pressure pump,constant pressure frequency conversion system gives the required constant water pressure,automatically control the water source via a solenoid valve,the tooling product effluent to the sink,the water in the tank is returned to the water tank for recycling.The specific settings and detection parameters are set and displayed on the display unit and the inverter panel.

Equipment requirements technical parameters
1.US standard requirements: cold water 10 ± 6 °C, hot water 66 ± 6 °C, water pressure 20 ± 2 psi (low), 125 ± 2 psi (psi). The maximum flow rate is 60 psi (water temperature: 5-71 °C), and the minimum flow number is 20 psi (water temperature: 5-71 °C). Shower 80psi (38 ± 6 °C).
2.European standard: cold water 10-15 °C, hot water 60-65 °C water pressure 0.3 MPa. The water pressure of the low pressure tap is 0.1 bar (the required water temperature is the same)
