Application:
1.The flexible cable towline bending test machine is suitable for detecting repeated U-shaped bending fatigue tests of high flexible cables such as TUV, VDE and UL. Repeated U-bend fatigue tests such as robotic cables, flexible cables, flex-resistant flexible cables, towline cables, towline bending, and high-flexible cables.
2.Mainly detect whether the flexible cable is driven by the towline, whether there is a short circuit after the repeated high-speed U-bend test, whether the insulation sheath is cracked, damaged or other abnormal phenomenon. In order to detect the metal deformation of the metal conductor in the repeated high-speed U-bend test performance and highlight the defects.
The flexible cable towline bending test machine is use for requiring continuous bending of high-speed motion, such as machine internal routing, high-speed towline system cables, machine moving parts connection cables, machine internal wiring, and industrial towline cables, industrial robotic cable repeated bending fatigue test.
