A: Yes, mostly we could offer the existing sample for free charge but do not pay the cost of freight.

Q. Can you produce according to the samples?
A: Yes, we can produce by your samples or technical drawings. We can build the molds and fixtures.

Q: What about the packaging?
A: General package is 1 pc/opp bag, 50 pcs/box ,1000 pcs/ctn. Also can be according to customer’s requirements.

Q: Can we print a logo on the products?
A: Yes, all pens can be printed with a logo.

Q: Can we order customized colors?
A: Yes, but the additional cost should be paid by customer. Factory normal color is free.

Q: How long is your mass production time?

A: Generally, it is 5-10 days if the goods are in stock. Or it is 15-35 days if the goods are not in stock, it is according to the quantity. The specific delivery time depends on the items and the quantity of your order.

Q. Do you test all your goods before delivery?
A: Yes, All inspection 100%.

      1) Check raw material sample before mass production.

      2) Quality checking during 100% mass production.

      3) Detecting whether the plastic color match the Pantone color.

      4) Detecting the printing quality, includes color, position, distance & outline. Make corrections at once if problems find out.

      5) Detecting the mechanism, surface & writing.

Q: What is your terms of payment?

A: Amount < 2000USD, 100% in advance.

     Amount >= 2000USD, 30% T/T in advance, the balance before shipment. The production photos will be showed to you before you pay the balance.
