Q1: If they are so durable why are they easy to cut according to a buyer? what would you cut them with?

A: They are like solid plastic type. I’m sure you can cut them with a skill saw if needed

Q2: Do these mud flaps have a second cut line with hole notches?

Answer: These mud flaps do NOT have a cut line, but can easily be trimmed to fit with a sharp razor knife, box cutter or LOW SPEED Cut off saw, if necessary. They have 4 mounting holes across the top to fit your brackets, but you can also drill additional mounting holes to fit your application, if needed. The mud flaps do not have a second cut line with hole notches. 

Q3. What is your terms of packing?
A: Generally, we pack our goods in neutral wooden box and  cartons. If you have legally registered patent, 
we can pack the goods in your branded boxes after getting your authorization letters.

Q4. What is your terms of payment?
A: T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% before delivery. We'll show you the photos of the products and packages 
before you pay the balance.

Q5. What is your terms of delivery?
A: EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, DDU.

Q6. How about your delivery time?
A: Generally, it will take7 to 15 days after receiving your advance payment. The specific delivery time depends 
on the items and the quantity of your order.

Q7. Can you produce according to the samples?
A: Yes, we can produce by your samples or technical drawings. We can build the molds and fixtures.

Q8. What is your sample policy?
A: We can supply the sample if we have ready parts in stock, but the customers have to pay the sample cost and the courier cost.
